MS, RDN, LDN, CPT

Founder & CEO

I'm Sarah, and I am a registered dietitian with a focus on helping athletes and coaches. I have spent time working in Division I collegiate settings, eating disorder clinics and Trauma I hospitals, and now, I have my own private practice combining the skillsets I have learned over the years. I absolutely love what I do!

If you're an athlete navigating advanced nutrition issues such as hormone imbalances, disordered eating/exercise patterns, body image struggles and more - you're at the right place. I'll help you overcome these issues, all with the end goal of improving your performance.

I use a therapeutic coaching style and am passionate about making nutrition accessible and less overwhelming. I spend significant portions of my time dissecting the latest research so I can educate my clients. I tend to gravitate towards HAES and IE styles of eating, but I believe each client has unique needs and work with each to personalize the approach at each stage.

When I'm not working as an RD, I enjoy supporting my favorite sports teams, reading, cooking, DIY home projects, and working on my own fitness journey with a blend of running, lifting, and yoga. I am based in Charlotte, NC, and enjoy spending time with my fiancé and family. I also have a healthy addiction to dogs. :)

Staff Dietitian

Hi, I'm Amanda! I have been a dietitian for three years since graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I completed my bachelor's, master's, dietetic internship, and competed for the Vols as a Division I distance swimmer. Sophomore year, I signed up for a nutrition class to better understand my body's needs and hopefully gain an edge in the pool. As I progressed in my studies, I fell in love with the the field of dietetics, and discovered my passion for caring for the complex needs of pediatric patients. After graduating, my very first job was at a children's hospital as an RD!

As an inpatient pediatric dietitian, I've spent most of my time in the NICU and PICU, caring for patients with inborn errors of metabolism, and most recently, general pediatrics with patients with eating disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, picky eating, poor weight gain, diabetes, obesity, and more. While I love working with these populations, I feel compelled to help athletes like my former self, who may not understand how to properly fuel for performance and optimize their health. My number one goal is to teach athletes to take pride in fueling their bodies properly so they can enjoy a healthy, happy, and successful career.

I'm looking forward to working with you, whether you are an athlete trying to boost performance, improve your relationship with food, manage gastrointestinal symptoms related to chronic disease, or better your overall health-- let's develop sustainable habits together.

Staff Dietitian

I'm Mary, and I am a registered dietitian with a focus on helping active individuals feel their best during performance and their daily lives. I have spent time working in Division I collegiate settings, weight management clinics, gut health focused practices, and now, I work at SkimWellness where I
will combine my sports nutrition and integrative nutrition skills to help my clients take control of their health.

If you're an active person navigating performance needs, gut health, hormone imbalances, disordered eating patterns, or disease prevention, I am your girl! I will help you identify areas in your diet and lifestyle that will improve your performance, sleep, and overall quality of life. My passion is finding the connection between your gut issues, sleep disturbances, hormonal fluctuations, and how they impact your overall health and body composition.

I use an individualized approach and am passionate about making nutrition easy, flexible, and most importantly, delicious! I love providing nutrition education with science backed research, finding and creating healthy recipes that still have all of the same comfort level food tastes, and challenging myself to find solutions to your problems. I work with you every step of the way to not only provide solutions and guide you through your journey, but also to empower you to take control of your health and improve your confidence in doing so.

As a former competitive athlete, I have first hand experience on what it is like trying to find a balance between your performance desires, body composition desires, and easing food anxiety. I help athletes navigate unhealthy relationships with food so that we can accomplish your goals without
sacrificing your joy and health. I find when I help clients focus on health and their relationship with food first, the performance and body composition come much easier!

When I'm not working as an RD, I am on the pickleball court, walking to my favorite coffee shop, utilizing my Classpass subscription, reading fiction, or trying a new restaurant. I am based in Tampa, FL and also love laying by the pool and getting my vitamin D!

Raleigh McClain H

MGH, RDN, LDN, CBS, E-RYT

Staff Dietitian

I am a registered, licensed dietitian with a master’s degree in global health and over eight years of experience supporting clients in their wellness journeys. My expertise spans disordered eating and eating disorders, sports nutrition, and pregnancy and postpartum nutrition therapy. I have worked in clinical settings ranging from outpatient to a trauma I hospital, as well as with athletes domestically and abroad. As a published author in an international journal and a registered yoga teacher, my approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based research, movement, and mindfulness.

Clients that I work with are those navigating disordered eating, those recovering from eating disorders, and those open to ditching the diet mentality to build a positive relationship with food, body, and exercise. As an IBCLC-candidate, I also work with the parent-infant dyad, including infant feeding/function and supporting those navigating the 4th trimester and beyond.

By combining an intuitive eating and integrative nutrition approach, my clients report significant improvement in their mind-body relationship, physical symptoms, and overall well-being. Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative environment, where accountability drives meaningful progress. My approach is non-diet and individualized. Together we rebuild relationship with food, body, and exercise, make empowered decisions, and live in longterm wellness.

Beyond nutrition, I enjoy yoga, hiking, and dance, as well as traveling and being in nature with my dog. My family and I split time between Korea and the U.S., so Korean food is my favorite cuisine!

I look forward to working together.

Sam Morley

MS, MPH, RDN, LDN

Staff/Operations Dietitian

Hi there! I’m Sam, a registered dietitian, marathon runner, and advocate for integrative wellness and root-cause healing. My journey into nutrition began during one of the most challenging times of my life. In 2020, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a chronic inflammatory condition triggered by stress during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a search for symptom relief quickly became a deeper exploration into how stress, food, and lifestyle influence every aspect of our health.

Through my own healing process, I discovered that wellness isn’t just about what you eat, it’s about how you sleep, move, manage stress, and connect with yourself. This realization led me to study lifestyle medicine and functional nutrition, where I learned to look beyond symptoms and uncover the root causes of imbalance and disease.

As a marathon runner, I’ve experienced firsthand how nutrition, mindset, and recovery intertwine to create true health. During my journey as a runner, I struggled with both improper and underfueling, leading to underperformance and fatigue. While becoming a dietitian, I was able to access the right tools and education to help me fuel properly for performance. Once the nutrition piece clicked for me, running became not only my outlet, but also a reminder of how powerful the body can be when it’s properly nourished and supported.

At SkimWellness, my mission is to help others feel that same sense of strength and balance, from the inside out. I empower clients to understand their unique biology, support gut and hormone health, and create sustainable habits that nurture both body and mind. Whether you are a client who is trying to strengthen your relationship with food or utilize nutrition to enhance your performance, while also addressing your gut health, I am your girl!

I believe that food should feel empowering, not restrictive. Everyone has their own unique bio-individual needs and their own story and I am so happy to connect with clients on a deep, personal, and authentic level to help their healing process.
