Whether you are a coach or a 1:1 client, my goal is to help you unlearn diet culture, and build confidence in trusting yourself around your behaviors with food, movement, and the way you view your body.
Whether you're working on breaking the binge/restrict cycle, learning how to better support your body's natural hormone functions and metabolism, working towards body neutrality/positivity, or building confidence in helping struggling clients with these topics yourself, I will always embody the following 4 values when working with you.

SARAH
As a board-certified and licensed dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutrition and certified personal trainer, my career has been devoted to guiding individuals and fitness coaches through their unique wellness journeys. My expertise spans a diverse range of areas, including performance nutrition, eating disorder recovery, gut/hormone imbalances, food and body image relationships, and exercise science.
I have spent the majority of my career developing a practice that helps clients avoid what I experienced as a patient/client in the past - feeling judged, food policed, and shamed are not in my toolbox. My approach extends beyond traditional nutrition counseling, and I put in significant effort in fostering a nurturing environment where every client and coach feels heard, understood, and valued.
Whether we're working on your personal health goals or I'm serving as your wellness consultant in your coaching business, your growth is our shared goal and I work hard to best support you with medical nutrition therapy, testing, interpretation of labs, programming individualized work outs, food journal support, and more.
When I'm not working as an RD, I enjoy supporting my favorite sports teams, reading, cooking, and tackling DIY home projects. I also maintain my own fitness journey with a blend of running, lifting, and yoga. Based in Charlotte, NC, I love spending time with my fiancé and family. And let's not forget my healthy addiction to dogs! 🐶
